✕The Maven Launch Promise is our commitment to earning your confidence through measurable execution, not assumptions.
It should be earned — through what we consistently deliver, not what we claim.

Trust is one of the most valuable currencies in business. Yet too often it's requested before it's earned. We've never believed that's how trust works.
Trust isn't built by what a company says about itself. It's built by what it consistently does for its clients.
That's why Maven has never aspired to be in the business of making claims. We've chosen to be in the business of demonstrating capability. The Maven Launch Promise is simply one expression of that belief.
That's how we've chosen to build Maven. And that's how we intend to build every partnership.
Engaging an RPO partner isn't simply selecting another service provider.
It's asking your recruiters to embrace new ways of working.
It's asking your hiring managers to place confidence in unfamiliar processes.
It's asking your leadership team to believe the transition will strengthen — not slow — your hiring organization.
It's asking your candidates to experience consistency throughout the change.
That's a significant amount of trust to place in a partner before you've had the opportunity to see them deliver. We don't believe that risk should belong to you alone.
Understand your organization, align stakeholders, define success.
Launch recruiting operations, activate AI recruiting workforces, establish governance.
Optimize performance, measure progress, continuously improve.
No two organizations define success in exactly the same way. That's why every Launch Promise begins by agreeing what success should look like for your business.
Moving in the right direction against agreed hiring goals.
Increasing recruiter capacity through better workflows and AI support.
Building confidence through responsiveness and collaboration.
Maintaining executive visibility through structured review and accountability.
The Maven Launch Promise reflects our commitment to earning your trust through execution. To give your organization the best possible start, we ask our clients to commit to five things as well.
The strongest partnerships aren't built on one-sided commitments. They're built on shared responsibility.
Because we believe implementation risk shouldn't rest entirely with the client. When organizations choose a recruitment partner, they're committing more than a budget. They're placing confidence in people, processes, and outcomes that haven't yet been experienced. The Maven Launch Promise reflects our belief that earning that confidence is our responsibility. We don't ask clients to trust us. We believe our execution should earn it.
No. The Maven Launch Promise isn't a promotional offer or a hidden commercial incentive. Before every engagement begins, Maven and the client jointly define what meaningful progress looks like for the first ninety days. If those agreed objectives are not demonstrably progressing through Maven's execution, we continue supporting the implementation without additional professional fees until they are. The Promise is built on shared clarity, measurable execution, and mutual accountability — not hidden conditions.
Every organization defines success differently. That's why measurable progress isn't based on a generic checklist. Before implementation begins, Maven and the client agree on specific objectives appropriate for the engagement. Depending on the scope, these may include hiring delivery, recruiter productivity, stakeholder adoption, governance milestones, process implementation, operational readiness, or other mutually agreed measures. Success isn't declared by Maven. It's evaluated together against the measures agreed before implementation begins.
Enterprise hiring is dynamic. If business priorities, hiring volumes, or agreed scope materially change during the implementation period, Maven and the client will review the original success measures together and, where appropriate, redefine them collaboratively. The Launch Promise is designed to support changing business needs, not ignore them.
The Maven Launch Promise applies to qualifying Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagements where implementation objectives, governance structure, client responsibilities, and success measures are jointly defined before launch. Specific eligibility is confirmed during the Executive Discovery Session to ensure the Promise reflects the nature and scope of each engagement.
Through Recruitment Process Outsourcing, AI-enabled recruiting workforces, workforce intelligence, and executive talent solutions, we combine experienced people with intelligent systems to help hiring organizations perform at their best.
If you're exploring how the Maven Launch Promise could support your hiring organization, we'd welcome the opportunity to discuss it with you.
A philosophy for starting partnerships. Not a promotion. Not a guarantee. Not a marketing campaign.
A commitment to earning trust through execution.
